"HSUA 1 validation can not be done by the procedure due to issues with the USON fine leak detector. When the leak master is installed it is creating an internal leak at the port. The work around has been to test without the leak master and use different test assemblies. One with a leak in “A” chamber then one with a leak in “B” chamber. Also one with no leaks and no leak master. This will prove the system but it will not meet specifications in the procedure. Dimensionally these are the same however the 8111 is a gloss white Manila type material and the 0928 is a little thicker than that brown corrugated material. We would need a deviation I believe as this is a change. Thoughts?
